Lilit Dilanchyan

CEO

Lilit the CEO of Healing Horizon Rehab, a substance abuse and addiction center, is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to individuals struggling with addiction. With a background in healthcare and a passion for helping others, she leads a team of dedicated professionals in creating a safe and supportive environment for our clients to heal and recover. Our mission is to empower individuals to overcome their addiction, regain control of their lives, and build a foundation for lasting sobriety. Together, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve and creating a brighter, healthier future for our community.

Iline Davtyan

CEO

Iline is a dedicated and compassionate CEO of Healing horizon rehab a leading substance abuse rehabilitation facility. With a background in Healthcare, Iline is committed to providing top-quality care and support to individuals struggling with addiction. Her leadership and expertise in the field of addiction treatment have helped countless individuals on their journey to recovery. Through Healing Horizon she continues to make a positive impact in the lives of those affected by addiction. 

Dr. Denis G. Tamaz

Medical Director

Dr. Denis G. Tamas, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated clinician with extensive experience in treating substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. With an active DEA license and a Suboxone waiver, Dr. Tamas specializes in evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox protocols, and long-term recovery strategies.

Throughout his career, Dr. Tamas has provided comprehensive care across various settings, including dual-diagnosis treatment centers, crisis stabilization units, inpatient urgent psychiatric care, and outpatient clinics. His expertise includes assessing, diagnosing, and managing substance use disorders while integrating psychotherapy, medication management, and harm reduction strategies. He has worked extensively with individuals struggling with opioid, alcohol, and stimulant use disorders, guiding them through detox, stabilization, and ongoing recovery planning.

Dr. Tamas is deeply committed to patient advocacy and education, ensuring individuals receive the tools and support necessary for lasting sobriety. His holistic, patient-centered approach focuses on addressing underlying mental health concerns, trauma, and relapse prevention, reinforcing long-term recovery.

Beverly Barclay, Ph.D.

Clinical Director / Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Barclay holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and brings extensive clinical expertise and professional licensure across California, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, and Indiana. Since entering the behavioral health field in 1995, she has built a distinguished career marked by broad clinical experience, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to excellence in behavioral healthcare. Over the course of her career, Dr. Barclay has worked in a wide range of settings, including correctional institutions, rehabilitation centers, treatment facilities, community mental health organizations, and residential programs. Her experience spans direct client care as well as senior leadership and operational responsibilities, including program development and management, clinical supervision and oversight, curriculum design, compliance, performance improvement, and leadership in roles such as Program Director and Clinical Director. Dr. Barclay has worked in multiple states across the U.S. as well as internationally, bringing a diverse and well-rounded perspective to her work. She has specialized expertise in trauma treatment, including complex trauma, mass trauma, and specialty diagnoses, and is recognized for her ability to integrate clinical depth with operational strategy. Her work reflects a strong understanding of how high-quality behavioral health programs are built, sustained, and improved.

Drawing on decades of experience, Dr. Barclay applies empirically supported, evidence-based practices alongside practical, real-world insight to develop impactful psychoeducational materials, staff training programs, clinical frameworks, and leadership guidance. She is passionate about strengthening organizations through effective program design, team development, and clinical excellence. Her commitment to advancing behavioral health services continues to drive her mission of empowering organizations, professionals, and clients toward meaningful and lasting success.

Lisa Lerma, M.S.

Program Director

Lisa Lerma is a leadership-focused professional with a strong academic foundation in organizational development and management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from California Lutheran University and her Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, with an emphasis in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management. Having experienced both effective and ineffective leadership throughout her career, Lisa developed a deep commitment to becoming a leader of purpose and impact. Lisa has worked in the behavioral health field since 2004, beginning at the age of 21 in residential treatment and non-public school settings serving at-risk youth. In 2010, she transitioned to working with adults struggling with substance use and mental health disorders. Over the course of her career, she has held a wide range of roles within the treatment industry, from direct care and human resources to administration and executive leadership.

Lisa has successfully licensed, accredited, and operated detoxification, residential, and intensive outpatient programs throughout Southern California. Her success has been driven by her ability to build high-performing teams that consistently deliver quality outcomes. Her core strengths include organizational leadership, strategic planning, performance improvement, continuous quality improvement, and operational optimization. With extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in behavioral health operations, Lisa is committed to advancing organizational excellence and fostering growth within the community. She is passionate about helping organizations strengthen their systems, elevate their teams, and ensure that patient care is delivered with the highest standards of quality and compassion.

Audrey Greynald, B.A.

Asst. Program Director

Audrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Communication from California State University, Long Beach. She has dedicated more than 15 years to the substance use disorder treatment field, bringing extensive experience across detox, residential, outpatient, and sober living settings. Throughout her career in behavioral health, Audrey has served in a variety of impactful roles, including Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Director of Client Services, and Assistant Administrator. These positions have allowed her to develop a well-rounded understanding of both the clinical support and administrative functions essential to effective treatment operations. Her professional background reflects a strong ability to manage complex organizational needs while maintaining a client-centered approach.

In addition to her leadership roles within treatment programs, Audrey has also owned and operated her own Sober Companion agency, providing individualized sober support to clients receiving treatment services. This experience further strengthened her ability to build meaningful client relationships, support continuity of care, and respond compassionately to the unique needs of individuals navigating recovery.

Audrey’s extensive experience in the substance use disorder treatment space has equipped her with a strong understanding of client engagement, program operations, and team coordination. She is known for her ability to foster genuine connections with clients while also excelling in administrative and operational leadership. Audrey is deeply committed to delivering quality care, supporting organizational growth, and helping lead teams toward excellence in service delivery.
